Karmagali Boutique Suites - Adults Only

I loved the villa's calm atmosphere and how easy it was to reach Icon Mall, even though the place is a little tucked away. You can still get there by car or scooter, and Sanur's busier area is nearby. The villa isn't huge, which made it feel friendly. We could chat with other guests, but there wasn't loud music or noise. Our room faced the pool, with a little living-room nook right outside. I spent ages there talking late into the night and having breakfast. The bed was comfy, the bathroom roomy, and the staff were attentive and kind. I especially loved Ibu Putu. Breakfast could use a few more choices, but I'd happily return. This is becoming one of my favorite villas in Bali. And the cat, miss lee, is cute and sassy 😹

We had a good breakfast and the air conditioning was strong, but this was unfortunately the worst stay we've had. The suites are advertised as adults only, yet children at the neighboring villas woke us with screaming at 6 each morning. We also found a large cockroach and spiders in the bathroom. Pool cushions were often missing because of the “chance of rain.” The property is in a local area, quite far from both restaurants and the beach.

The team, especially Putu, were quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and the resident calico cat was adorable. We felt at home and already want to return to Karmagali Boutique Suites. Our week there was peaceful, though the main street of Sanur was still within walking distance. Liga Tennis is nearby too. A massage salon and a cafe with beautifully designed smoothie bowls were just a four-minute walk away. The villa was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with a well-kept garden. We especially enjoyed the pool and private outdoor seating area. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the villa had all the amenities we needed. From arrival, the hospitality and views made a lovely first impression. A relaxing, luxurious-feeling place to stay.

The pool was a highlight, and it was kept really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. We could walk to warungs, Sanur's beaches, and the shopping strip in a short time. Our room was lovely and quiet, with plenty of natural light and curtains that made sleeping in easy. The free breakfast was very good, delivered to the outdoor lounge at whatever time we arranged the day before.
