The staff were reasonable, but the management was really bad. They don't seem to care about repairs. Things in the room stay broken, and when you leave they look for the smallest reason to charge crazy amounts for damage, which can be from the poor condition of the place, like a leaking AC. The whole vibe is that management doesn't want to invest in fixing things or making the place nice. They just want money. They also kept chasing me about rent on the day it was due. I'd already transferred it in the morning, but the payment was taking two hours to arrive, and it was only lunchtime. If they didn't have the money by the end of the day, we'd be fined 200k, so they make money either way. Fine, that's my responsibility, but don't send reminders every hour. I'm a responsible adult, not a jobless teenage bum!

The water gets super hot during the day, and for that kind of price, this place was absolutely not worth it. The service was very bad and it felt super expensive. The photos were really different from reality. On my first day, the room was soooo dirty, the air conditioner couldn't cool the whole room properly, and there was no way to open a window with privacy, so you have to rely on the AC. There wasn't even drinking water or a real kitchen. What they call a kitchen is just a single stove. You can't really cook without making the entire room smell. They had no solution for drinking water either, so you have to figure it out yourself and carry it up to the third floor with no elevator.

Check the room carefully, because there's always something wrong. I stayed here twice. On my last visit, I lost the blind spot mirror from my car while it was parked overnight. There are also bamboo plants along the entrance, and they scratched my car.

The rooms and facilities were dirty, the location was bad, and the staff weren't helpful. The place maybe used to be nice, but nobody seems to have put any effort into maintaining it. The photos don't show what it's really like. Stay somewhere else.

We left just a couple of hours after arriving. The place was a bit run down, and the view from the back window was of a trash heap. The online photos don't show what the hotel currently looks like, which felt really misleading :(
