We preferred eating in the restaurant, where we could chat with the staff and locals, though they also bring all the food to your room. The prices felt very fair, and both breakfast and the other dishes were excellent. Everything in the villa area was spotless and very well maintained, and the accommodation, management, and employees were all excellent. Any help or service was available whenever needed. It’s a lovely place to relax. We’d absolutely recommend it and are already thinking about staying again in 2026.

I left at 1am and had to check into another hotel. After all the problems, I asked for my money back for just the three nights I would no longer be using. They refused, though they acknowledged the issues and offered credit I’ll never be able to use. I had booked directly on their website, where there was no refundable-room option. To me, a non-refundable booking means you lose the money if you cancel for no reason. I didn’t cancel casually. The villa problems drove me out, and it wasn’t safe or sanitary to stay there. I wasn’t booking a place where I’d have to move three times. The hotel claims to offer high service, so it’s appalling that they wouldn’t refund a customer for problems they admitted had happened. I was really looking forward to staying because the villas look lovely, but it became a terrible experience. The first villa’s advertised AC barely worked. Every day I found ants and bugs all over the bed, and there was a frog and a lizard in the room. By day three, the pool water had turned brown. We told the staff, and they moved us to another villa. After hauling our things over, unpacking, and getting ready for bed after a long day, I saw a MOUSE come out from the bed pillow. It was crawling under the pillows. I called the staff, waited several minutes, then called again. When they arrived, they caught a second mouse in the bed. We obviously didn’t want to stay, and they offered a THIRD villa. By then I’d had enough. I’d been there less than a week and didn’t want to move again. I had little confidence that another villa would be free of rodents and pests. The villa staff couldn’t refund us or do anything beyond moving us. I emailed management repeatedly. They agreed the problems existed, but still wouldn’t give the money back. Do NOT STAY HERE. It isn’t worth it, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to care or handle it professionally. I know Bali is a tropical island, but rodents in the bed are never acceptable.

The food was really delicious, and the beautiful garden added to the lovely atmosphere. One of the most comfortable and peaceful villas.

The food was amazing, with plenty to choose from on the menu, and it was made with care. The staff were so kind and always ready to help. We’ve never had such a great experience or such good service. The villa looked just like the photos, big, beautiful, and clean. We loved everything about our stay! :)
