The location is convenient, but I wouldn’t choose this place for a long stay. The Wi-Fi was so slow it might as well not have worked, and the room wasn’t very clean. You also have to pay for a pool towel, which felt odd to me since I’ve worked in hospitality and usually guests get one for swimming. I asked for a glass of hot water to make milk for my child and was told that cost extra too, haha. If you just need somewhere to sleep for one night, it’s okay.

The pool was okay, though the water was cold, and the place itself felt quite run down despite being cheap. They read out old-fashioned hotel rules. I ordered Grab food, but reception never told me when it arrived. There were lots of students working for free.

I had to leave on the first night because the room was so dirty. I’d booked three nights on the spot at 350,000 IDR per night while my house was being renovated, but the towels, sheets, and blankets were dusty and seemed to have mites. I have asthma, and the room triggered a serious reaction that sent me to the nearest hospital. This was a few years ago, and recent reviews make it seem like the rooms still haven’t improved. I’m posting this to warn people. There’s no proper parking area, and in the mornings buses parked in front of nearby homes cause traffic jams. They often leave rubbish behind, which makes the area smell unpleasant. At night, hotel guests walk in the middle of the road, where the lighting is very poor, creating a serious danger for local people. I strongly urge management to improve its operating procedures.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and breakfast and fresh coffee are available close by. The place is clean and feels very safe. It’s set off the main road, and the rooms are reasonably priced.
