It feels airy and homey, a bit like a kos2an, and the bed was clean. The price gets 9/10, service 8/10. The hot water in my room stopped working by day two, but I told reception and they fixed it straight away. The receptionists are good, though I think there should be more staff since it seems only one person is in charge each day. A freezer for guests to use would also be handy.

The room was awful. It hadn’t been cleaned, there were ants everywhere, and I had to sit sideways on the toilet because the bathroom was so narrow. There was no toilet paper or water in the room. The window faced a wall and wouldn’t open, and no one could speak a word of English. This has to be the worst place I’ve stayed in Bali.

The bed was clean and it’s a nice place, but the floor was a little dusty and there was no hot shower.

A clean, pleasant place that’s tucked into the middle of busy Denpasar city.
