LOI Mansion Managed by ARM One Hundred

Alyssa and Anjani made our four days here especially lovely. They helped us arrange scooter rentals and gave us food suggestions and driver details, and we formed such a nice bond with them. The hotel itself was easy to get to, with lots of food nearby. Our room was clean and the surroundings felt safe. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and highly recommend it for the friendly service.

After a month traveling around Indonesia, I was looking for somewhere to unwind, and found Loi Mansion because it was new, modern, and near the airport. I left feeling completely stress-free. The rooms are spotless and finished to a really high standard, and the hotel is quiet, with cafes, dinner options, and even a mall in a great location nearby. The team went above and beyond: they contacted me by phone with updates, greeted me each time I came back, and let me keep my room past checkout for my evening flight at no extra charge. Everyone I met in Indonesia has been kind and caring, but the staff here were especially thoughtful. Honourable mention to Aldi & alisa & enika for making it a stay to remember. They can help with laundry, bikes, and recommendations. Once the restaurant and bar are set up, I think this place will be a hit.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and my room was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. Enika Swari was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff were lovely and helpful throughout, and the rooms are beautiful, new, and clean. I was only staying on my way out of Bali, so the place was okay for me, but I’d have been very unimpressed if I’d booked a longer stay. I’m glad I got a last-minute special for only 400k per night, or I’d have been really unhappy. It’s a nice new hotel, but I think it needs 6 months to sort out the kinks. Maybe give it 3-4 months for the construction in the car park to finish, and it could be much better. The balcony-room photos don’t all show pool views. Some look out onto the street, where both the hotel and the surrounding area have ALLOT of construction going on. I’d expect banging from 7am for a while. In the morning there was loud banging and machinery right outside my window, and the wifi wasn’t working. That wasn’t a big deal for me since I had to go out and had an eSIM, but it was annoying because I wanted to download some big files. The staff apologized profusely and were super nice 💜. The shower pressure was amazing at first, but it only lasted a minute before the hot water ran out. The night before, I’d been on my scooter to get back from the shop. There are two big night clubs on the street over, so I wouldn’t recommend walking around the area at night. It looked a bit shady 🫣. I was glad I had my scoots. The club music is loud all night, with speakers that make everything vibrate 😵‍💫. The staff are awesome 🤩 🙏🌻
