PinkPrivate Sanur - for Cool Adults Only

The little extras made this place feel special: pink welcome bracelets, free bike hire, and a pink goodie bag with hair scrunchies, among other things. The staff were lovely and helpful, and it’s a great spot if you’re after a bit of rest. We’d just flown into Bali early, and although check-in is usually around 2-3pm, they let us in early and upgraded us to a bigger suite. My fiancé did all the hard work researching this wee gem, so I can’t claim the credit for finding it. We’ll be back. Terima kasih.

Erna is the best manager I’ve ever met. She’s discreet, kind, very professional, and seems to know what you’ll need before you ask. We requested sparkling water and beer for our arrival, and found the fridge already stocked. That kind of attention was beyond what we expected. The whole team was thoughtful, gentle, and attentive, and Erna brings a calm, genuine feeling to the space. We came here after a short stay at Maya, and returning to Pink Private Sanur was the right call. We immediately felt relaxed and cared for. The company should really value her.

I was actually looking forward to returning to PinkPrivate after a couple of nights at a five-star Sanur resort, even though that place had much more luxurious amenities. PinkPrivate has a relaxed, authentic feel, and being a little off the beaten track makes it peaceful. I stayed in Room #1, the most private room, and loved it. Breakfast was lovely, and the small surprise touches added a lot. The decor at the Pink hotels is stylish and has more character than the standard big hotel look. Adults-only was a bliss 🙌 Erna and the team were wonderful, attentive, thoughtful, and kind. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Erna really makes the place, and even our communication before the holiday was flawless. She deserves some kind of host of the year award. One small suggestion: go easy on the scented oil in the room 😂. And, diva that I am, I’d have liked the option of one goose down or feather pillow, since that’s what I’m used to. I didn’t ask, though, and I understand those are offered at high-end resorts. I’d stayed at PinkCoCo in Uluwatu before and loved it too. I hope more Pink hotels appear around the world, I’m obsessed!! 😍 Huge thanks to Erna and the team for making our holiday unforgettable 🩷

We spent 7 days here and found it peaceful and enjoyable. It's a little out of the way, but our motorbike made that easy. They have free bikes too, though they weren't very comfortable or well maintained.
