I spent four days here. The room was spacious, and the location worked well for me, with the campus and hospitals close by. But the AC barely kept things cool enough to stop me sweating, and the Wi-Fi was down the whole time. Maybe they don't have Wi-Fi at all.

The place was badly maintained and seemed understaffed. Worse, the pillows, towels, and bedding were horribly dirty, and I could hear rats in the walls. Disgusting all around. Don't stay here.

After a day out seeing Denpasar, it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable room. Pondok Nyaman 15 is charming and well kept, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and ready with recommendations or help. With markets, restaurants, and key attractions nearby, it was easy to explore the city. I found it good value for the location and service, and would recommend it to anyone visiting Denpasar.

I asked for unscented pillowcases and blankets, but they were still changed for ones with that strong, cheap laundry perfume. I'm allergic to it, and the smell is torture for my nose.

I could barely sleep because the air conditioning was so bad. Noise from next door carried through too, even sneezing, coughing, or phone calls were annoying. There's no elevator, and the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. Not recommended.
