The private pool was a lovely place to unwind, with sunbeds and a big day bed. The location made everything convenient, with beach access, Icon Mall right next door, and great restaurants nearby. Our two-bedroom villa was huge and spotless, with lovely decor. Both bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area was really nice. From arrival, every staff member was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend.

We booked allora villas for two nights while on business, but a booking mix-up meant we were moved to Ajanta Villas. The rooms were clean, roomy, and had great amenities. Tea and coffee were supplied, though a little milk in the fridge would have been useful. I was glad I’d brought my own. The beach is easy to reach through the back gate and past the art markets. Breakfast in the room was a nice bonus, reasonably priced, and there was plenty of it. We were in Villa C, where the construction next door shares a wall with the villa, so we heard everything. They gave us a discount to compensate. The construction manager was accommodating and asked the workers to stop using power tools when we returned. We ended up working in restaurants instead, since we knew they also had work to do. We’d still recommend these villas.

The beach is easy to get to through a coded gate, and having a 24/7 gym available is great. The water pressure wasn’t very good, the spa bath had no plug so we couldn’t use it, and the WiFi was patchy at best.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the grounds looked stunning. Our two-bedroom villa was spacious and clean, with a large private pool. It’s right near the beach and only a short walk to the new ICON Mall. Highly recommend!

There’s plenty of room for the kids to play, and they love the pool. We’ve had a wonderful family stay at Ajanta Villas. The comfortable villas, privacy, and cozy atmosphere have made it really enjoyable. Everything feels well organized, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. We’re very comfortable here and glad we chose this place.
