I rented here for a month before, but this was the worst stay I’ve had. Cockroaches kept showing up, the room smelled terrible, and the bathroom was very dirty. I’ve already seen three cockroach photos, and there were more I didn’t photograph. The owner quoted 1.8 million for the room, then after we agreed said it was 1950 and added some other charge. When I went away for the weekend and returned after three days, the TV cable had somehow been plugged in even though I hadn’t plugged it in. That felt really creepy. I was so uncomfortable that I checked out after only five days. When I asked for a refund, he charged me by the day. First he said he’d return 1.4, then 1.2, and finally transferred only 1 million. So annoying. It felt like a scam, and there were strange rules I hadn’t noticed at the time.

The room and facilities aren’t worth what I paid, and the female owner is very unfriendly. Please make improvements.

The toilet seat was dirty, and I couldn’t even get a small bottle of water to drink. The Wi-Fi was unusable and the network was poor. There were lots of baby cockroaches in the mattress, which felt like a nest. Sleeping on it made my body itch, as if there were lots of mites.

A comfortable, clean, nice room, and easy on the wallet. I’d stay here again if I came back. The room really is comfortable.
