Kayangan Boutique Hotel

The beach is an easy walk away, with some cute spots nearby. We had a very pleasant stay at Kayangan Sanur, with top-notch service and filling, tasty food. I'd definitely recommend it, especially for families.

We had such a fun two-night stay, especially at the swimming pool. Definitely try a Long Island at the bar. A really good family hotel, we enjoyed it a lot.

The location is perfect for getting to the beach and ICON, and the staff were helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast options were limited, but it was excellent value. Some shared areas are starting to look worn, especially around the rooftop pool.

We like being close to the beach, shops, markets, and the new Bali Icon shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with separate living and dining areas, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with a fantastic view over Sanur, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We've stayed several times over the past few years in different rooms, and the upkeep is disappointing. Our room had chipped paint and plaster, a broken sliding-door lock, and a bedroom doorknob that came off in your hand. The fridge freezer was iced over, and the sheets and towels were very thin and worn. Rooms are cleaned daily, but I suspect there aren't enough staff to do a thorough job. Proper maintenance and cleaning routines could fix all of this.
