We ate at Gong many times and loved the food and the lovely staff. Thanks especially to Pram, Dayu Tiria, Putri, Niti, and Dek Sri, along with the others who kept going above and beyond. Congratulations on a wonderful resort. We're making the most of our last day after an amazing holiday. The service is outstanding and nothing seems too much trouble. Staying away from Sanur beach suited us perfectly. It was secluded, private, and lush, like a tropical hideaway. We booked the car several times, and having a local driver to take us where we needed was fantastic. The villas are beautiful. We stayed in Jegogan, the last villa at the end of the resort, and it was perfect for us. Kemang and Citra were such lovely, helpful butlers. The staff who care for the villas and gardens were friendly and did a fantastic job. Everything was very clean.

Kayumanis Sanur arranged a vow renewal for us, and it turned into one of the most beautiful, effortless days we've ever had. I trusted the team completely, which I don't do lightly, and they exceeded what we expected. The ceremony was just right, with a beautiful round floral arch, flowers throughout the space, and a priest arranged for us. Every detail felt thoughtful and personal, not staged or transactional. The day flowed smoothly, so I could be present and enjoy it instead of worrying about logistics. A special thank you to Rika, who coordinated everything with warmth and quiet competence. She anticipated what we'd need before I thought of it, and made the day feel safe, relaxed, and truly meaningful. Kayumanis Sanur gave us peace of mind along with the beautiful surroundings. We'll carry these memories for the rest of our lives.

Traveling with a baby, we were impressed that the staff had a cot ready for us when we arrived. They were accommodating throughout, and our daughter had a wonderful stay too. We also appreciated the dependable WiFi, effective air conditioning, and convenient Sanur location. Our family stayed at Kayumanis Sanur a few months ago, and it was unforgettable. The resort is stunning, and our villa was spacious and beautiful. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and bottled water was always supplied. The villa, private pool, and lovely bathrooms were kept immaculate and well maintained. The food was exquisite. When we dined in the villa, the staff set up the dining table beautifully for a private meal. We also asked for a floating breakfast in the pool, and they happily arranged it. Thank you to the whole team for the outstanding service and for taking care of all our needs. We'd return in a heartbeat.
