It's cheap and clean, and the caretaker is really nice.

The price is affordable, and being right in the center of Denpasar makes it convenient for families. But there was no caretaker, the yard was messy and neglected, and the bathroom ceiling was filthy. There's no attic room either, and nobody seems to be doing anything about it.

It's okay for a short stay. Families, including many employees, rent monthly on the first floor, while the second floor is mostly occupied by people without families. As time goes on, maintenance seems to be ongoing, but don't count on the amenities listed on the boarding house sign. They may have been there when the place first opened. The hot water has been cut off, and the kitchen has no ventilation, so it gets hot because the AC compressor is locked up. There's not much point complaining, so just make do with what's there. The new room attendant does seem willing to help.

A huge disappointment. The cleanliness, comfort, and service were all bad, and the staff were unprofessional. Even getting the deposit back was difficult. I hope I never end up in another hotel or boarding house like this.
