Our two-bedroom suite was huge, with a big balcony, full kitchen, and loads of space. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were so high my kids couldn't use them. The hotel is dated but had what we needed. My main concern was the living-room air conditioner, which poured out water. When I looked more closely, the load-bearing roof beam where it was installed seemed to be sagging. It didn't feel safe. The kids loved the waterslide, and my daughter's hair was braided beautifully. Food was good and reasonably priced, and the mini mart was handy. The location was okay, but you'll need to get a Grab to have dinner elsewhere since there's nothing within walking distance. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was great, and the pool was beautifully maintained. There were plenty of loungers and tables, and it wasn't crowded. I'd book here again without hesitation.

The pool area is lovely, and our room was huge with comfortable beds. But after reading all the great reviews, I was disappointed. We often waited a long time for staff to notice us while they chatted, even though it wasn't busy. We moved here for the end of our holiday because of the reviews and wished we'd stayed where we were. Service matters a lot to me, and the staff's manner felt forced rather than genuine.

We felt comfortable and welcome from our first day at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur. The hotel was very clean and well cared for, from the tidy gardens and trimmed bushes to the pool area, which was cleaned regularly and looked lovely each day. The staff were kind, polite, friendly, and very helpful, with care put into little details. Our room was cleaned daily, linen was changed regularly, and we always had fresh towels. Our children's sleeping toy was arranged carefully on the bed each day, and even our pajamas were folded neatly. We were happy with the range of food and dining options, too. Everything was organized professionally, and the staff clearly cared about guests' comfort. We were completely satisfied with the cleanliness, service, staff, and atmosphere, and highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay.

Our three-bedroom apartment suited us perfectly, and the kids had a great time in the pools, especially the children's pool and slide. Breakfast had plenty of choices for different tastes, and we loved the hotel overall. The location was the one issue. We managed to walk to most places, but since we'd never been to Sanur before, if we returned we'd look for somewhere closer to the beach. Still, we had a great stay at Prime Plaza Suites.

We hardly ever return to the same accommodation, but this is our second stay at Prime Plaza. It has what you'd want from a family resort: good facilities, food options, and large rooms. What really makes it special is the kind and attentive staff. Asta recognized us right away, even though we hadn't seen her for three years. It feels safe and welcoming, and our kids were happiest spending whole days at the hotel without going out.
