I stayed here in January 2026, when the weather was extremely hot and humid. If you can't handle that kind of heat, choose somewhere else, because the air conditioning wasn't working properly and made so much noise that I could hear it even through my noise-cancelling AirPods. The bed and pillow were old and very stiff. The staff were kind, and the food was okay. Breakfast turned out to be included with the room, but nobody told us. I've never had to write a review like this. Sorry to the nice people.

The restaurant was wonderful and very affordable, and the staff there were kind and attentive. It's about a five to ten minute walk to the nearest beach. The hotel was cozy and nice, and I thought it was good value for what I paid. My shower filter got quite dark, perhaps because the water quality wasn't good. There were no amenities apart from shampoo, body and hand soap. I skipped the pool because of the chlorine smell.

The courtyard and gardens are lovely, and it's such a peaceful setting. Mertasari Beach is a seven-minute walk away, and nobody hassles you there. The poolside is relaxing, the outdoor bathroom is great, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I've been to Bali eight times, and this is still my favorite hotel there. The atmosphere is so nice, and the staff are the most amazing. It really feels like a second home. Can't wait to come back!

The kitchen didn't have many vegetarian choices by default, but they went out of their way to make us special tofu dishes instead of chicken. That service meant a lot. We had a great stay at Puri Mesari Hotel in Sanur. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, and the quiet location is only a five-minute walk from the beach. Our room had a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The excellent pool and well-kept, green garden made the place feel really relaxing. A calm, cozy spot for unwinding. We'd definitely recommend it.
