The owner and staff were quick and provided great service, so it works well for a long-term stay. The building is pretty old, though, with holes in the walls and floor that let insects in. Leftover food ends up covered in ants, lol.
For the price, it’s not bad, but getting clear information can be a problem. They only explained that the second floor cost more than the third later on, after I had to move downstairs because the electricity on the third floor was so bad. Maintenance was poor too. There was a broken mirror, a wall hanger that had come off, lots of cockroaches, and other issues. They didn’t do much until I kept bringing the problems up.
The place needs better upkeep. There were a lot of leaks, and I came across a cobra right outside my door.
I really like the room’s design and the attention to its details.
