I booked and paid ahead through AGODA, and they were helpful. Then Garuda changed my flight the next day. I emailed and called the hotel to move my booking by just two days, but after three weeks there's still been no reply at all. Nothing. I'm staying somewhere else tomorrow.

This RedDoorz-managed place in Denpasar City had part of the building under renovation when I visited. Parking was so limited that my car ended up in the third row. The service and price were fine, but the room was a letdown, especially the dirty bathroom and the shabby-looking walls. Hope they can improve this.

The receptionist was so friendly and quick to help with what we needed during our stay. The hotel is right in the city center, close to everything, and really comfortable. Hope we get to stay here again.
