The pool looked inviting, and the water was warm. Our twin room was roomy, with really comfortable beds, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There were a few little ants in the room, and some of the furniture felt dated. A kettle in the room would be a nice addition. Still, we had a pleasant stay.

We were first allowed to check in with our small dog, but after we had unpacked, we were told dogs weren't permitted and had to leave the room. Friends of ours checked in with their small child and found 2 huge cockroaches in the toilet, so they left too. The hotel kept 50,000 from us, supposedly to cover the cost of settling in. The attitude toward customers was terrible, and the area was awful too, with a narrow road. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about good service and being treated well.

Looks clean enough, and the staff are friendly. I think locals hang around here using the internet without paying, which slows down the Wi-Fi, though I could be wrong. Maybe stay a day and judge for yourself. I might be mistaken.

Don't book here, you'll regret it. They wouldn't give us the room we booked, and getting a room at the right time was a struggle. We had to ask for soap in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was slow, and there was none in the lobby, only staff Wi-Fi, where they were playing games. They put us on the 3rd. Floor even though they sell rooms upstairs, then kept saying the lift was permanently not working. There was no breakfast, and the cafe was closed, just set up to look like a cafe. They had no flexibility for an emergency late checkout, so I paid 100000 rp. I also booked but didn't check in on my 1st. day, and the hotel rules meant I lost that money.
