We were uncomfortable with how some people seemed to watch us at night, and it even made us wonder if there could be cameras. Other guests have mentioned that too. There was so much humidity that even being indoors felt embarrassing, and the smell from the shower drain was unbearable. I found cockroaches and droppings, though I couldn't tell if they were from mice. I also found sheets with a bloodstain, which staff refused to acknowledge. The young women working in the restaurant were very rude and gave us strange looks when we ordered. The staff and atmosphere felt unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. Be careful about breathing in the mold, it seems very bad for your health. If you complain, do it carefully. Other guests have said the photos are a total lie, and I found that completely true.

I filed a police report about this hotel, its owner, and employees. Be careful. Staff stole money and cards from my friends and me, and I saw a plague of rats. Nobody helped when I asked. They insulted us and were very aggressive, especially the owner and the elderly lady. The walls were disgusting, and the bathroom was horrible, infested with KUKIS, though that was nothing compared with what happened after I reported the theft and rats. They insulted us. I had to leave. They said they canceled our stay, but we spent only one of the 9 nights and they haven't refunded my money. Booking.com hasn't said anything either. This should be reportable, but unfortunately it's Indonesia. I can confirm that every person working there was rude. After we reported what happened, they became aggressive, very aggressive. It was the worst stay of my life because of that situation. Do not stay here at all. SOS, I'm telling you the truth.

The place was clean and tidy, with leafy surroundings and a nice pool. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away, and amenities are close by. I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I especially can't praise the chef enough for making delicious breakfasts and serving them with a big smile. Highly recommended.

We spent three of our month in Bali here and loved the stay. The pool, plants, and kittens made for peaceful surroundings, and it was surprisingly quiet even with the highway right there. Staff were friendly, and breakfast each morning was lovely, with a few choices like pancakes, eggs on toast, and fruit. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. It was very affordable, but the rooms are quite outdated and need a refresh, which seems fair for the price. They could be cleaner, and the bathrooms need remodeling. The Wi-Fi was fine for work but not video calls. We'd definitely stay again.
