The room was spacious, and they gave me the cold air conditioning I requested. They're still renovating and improving the place, though some areas were dirty and moldy. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep there. The location isn't especially strategic. They forgot to put a towel in my room, and it took a while after I asked to get one. Still, I had a good experience overall.

The next day I asked to borrow dining utensils, and they still hadn't arrived two hours later. We couldn't start eating, and I was angry all over again. Staff also shouted to one another so loudly that it carried into our room. The service was truly terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The check-in had already gone badly. I arrived at 3:00 PM, but the front office told me to wait because of a power outage. For a big hotel, having no generator seemed ridiculous. If they had one, I thought the power would be back in minutes, but we waited almost an hour. Eventually, they let us go to a room to sit and leave our belongings, even though it hadn't been entered in their PMS system yet. The key card didn't work, so I had to keep going back and forth to the lobby for help. Once the door was opened, we found the room still messy from the previous guest and not cleaned at all. We were very annoyed but tried to be patient. The front office asked us to wait there while they got another room ready. We stayed there for over an hour, until 5:30 PM, and nobody called or came to say which room was ready. Frustrated, I returned to the lobby to ask what was going on because it felt like we were being messed around. The front office staff were busy with other arriving guests and ignored my problem. I asked for the manager. Instead, the staff apologized and offered a complimentary suite upgrade as compensation.

It's a great hotel and there's a supermarket nearby. My issues were the bathroom, especially the yellowish toilet water, and the hot air from the air conditioner. We didn't even have a TV remote in our room.

We booked two rooms for a last minute overnight stay because it was close to the airport and I had a morning flight. The service was already bad when we arrived. Our rooms were a very long walk away, and one smelled moldy while the other smelled like sewage. They were both humid, like a dirty bathroom, and my throat felt icky after only a few minutes. We lasted about 30 minutes instead of the night we planned, then moved to a nearby hotel, Grand Zuri, which smelled nice and was clean. Avoid this place.
