I really enjoyed this homestay in Sanur. The owners were kind and flexible, and I rented their bicycle every day at a much lower price than I’d seen elsewhere in Sanur. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, though biking makes the trip quicker and easier. My room was comfortable, clean, and had good air conditioning. There were a few small ants on the floor in both the bedroom and bathroom, so keep that in mind if ants bother you. They were building a pool during my stay, which meant some daytime noise, but nights stayed very quiet. Breakfast was delicious, with Indonesian and western choices. I chose the Indonesian breakfast every morning and loved it, and each one came with fresh fruit.

I slept so well in this lovely, peaceful homestay, tucked away down back alleys in a quiet neighborhood. It’s still within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, lively beach spots, and dental and medical clinics. I had Indonesian breakfast every morning and will miss how good it was. The owner is adding a swimming pool, which should be done soon. I’d happily stay here again.

I loved my little over-a-month stay at Taman Bali. The owners were welcoming and friendly, always checking that I had what I needed. My room was roomy and comfortable, and they cleaned it daily. Just off Sanur’s main road, the place was quiet and peaceful, but shops, restaurants, and the beach were still an easy walk or bike ride away. I also loved being able to use the bicycle. Thanks for a lovely stay.
