The Arca Villas by GenuineHost

We switched to earlier flights and ended up booking The Arcas in Bali at the last minute. It worked out perfectly. The villa breakfast was incredible, and the whole team made us feel welcome from the start, often anticipating what we needed before we asked. The service felt personal and exceptional. I also left my pillow behind, and Suartama went out of his way to get it back to me quickly. That care made the stay even more memorable. I wish I could give six stars. Thanks for everything, we’ll definitely return!

We couldn’t really use the kitchen because there were so many ants, and the pool and loungers spent a lot of time in the shade, which was disappointing. Still, the villa was beautifully decorated and comfortable, the location was great, and the pool itself was nice. The restaurant food was really tasty.

Being able to take a quiet dip in the pool at night while our daughter slept in the nearby room was a real plus for us as parents. We stayed in the two-bedroom villa at Arca Villa Sanur, which worked perfectly for a family. The property was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed something. The beach is walkable, with plenty of activities for families nearby. We had a perfect stay and would recommend it.

The breakfast menu was good, but we had several problems with the room. The showers leaked, mosquitoes got into the room, and water came through a light fixture in one of the downstairs rooms. That room also smelled moldy. It looked like the leak had been going on for a while and still hadn’t been fixed.
