Villa Seriska Satu Sanur Bali

We loved how easy it was to get around from Villa Seriska Sanur. The market, beach and ICON Mall were all within walking distance, even with toddlers. We spent five nights here with four adults and six children, five of them very young, and the villa suited our group perfectly. Putra took care of our requests from the start, which made everything run smoothly. Rian and Sigit were so patient and kind with the little ones that saying goodbye was hard. Yoga from maintenance was always helpful, and Tomas drove us wherever we needed to go. The team also surprised us with a joint birthday celebration, including a lovely cake, local desserts and decorations. Breakfast was a daily highlight, and Chef Kadek's dinners were so good they exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel cared for throughout, and we'd happily return with family or friends.

We felt like guests in a beautiful home at Villa Seriska, thanks to the warm, attentive staff who were always ready to help. Putra deserves a special thank you. The villa is peaceful and thoughtfully designed, with inviting details throughout. It felt like a little piece of paradise in Sanur. A gorgeous place to stay, and highly recommended.

The private path to the beach made getting there especially easy, just a few minutes away. We stayed at Villa Seriska I with our children and grandparents and really didn't want to leave. The villa was spacious, lovely and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The pool was crystal clean and the rooms were tidied regularly. We started each day with a generous, fresh breakfast, beautifully served, and the kind staff were always willing to do extra to make our stay wonderful. We'd highly recommend it.

The hotel is a little old, though it's well maintained, and the location is superb. ICON Mall and the beach are each about a five-minute walk away. Putra, the manager, responded to every issue quickly, and Chef Kadek, Rian, Sigit, Yoga and Thomas helped make the trip relaxing. They cooked delicious food, drove us around and helped with nanny duty. We had a great stay and plan to come back to Seriska Sanur.
