The property was spotless, my room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I hadn't expected much when I booked six nights, based only on the good reviews. Bear in mind it's not even a 3-star place, so don't expect too much. It's a little far from the tourist center, but online taxis can take you anywhere, so it wasn't really an issue. I ended up adding another seven nights.

The staff were lovely, the location was good, and the hotel was pretty well soundproofed from the main road. The beds were comfortable and towels were provided. But the bathroom was dirty and smelled damp, and the floor was still wet the following day after a shower. There was no toilet roll or hand soap, which I think are basic things to provide.

It was comfortable overall. The room was old and could use improvement, but clean, and the towel and blanket smelled good. The AC and TV worked well. There was an ATM and a mini market within walking distance, so it was easy to pick up essentials.

I was passing through on the way to the bali bird park. This isn't a social place like the hostels I usually stay in, but I had everything I needed and enjoyed my stay. It was clean and bright, and the staff were fantastic.

The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy, and the queen-sized bed was comfortable. They also provided a clean towel, and there was air conditioning and hot running water.
