We only stayed one night, and for the price it was great. The location is so convenient, just two steps from the beach, with restaurants, convenience stores, a nearby mall, and pubs all close by. There's no need to walk far or take a taxi. The staff are friendly, and the room was tidy and comfortable, though nothing fancy. Breakfast is à la carte and just okay, which is fine given how affordable everything is. One surprise: some booking sites don't make the room details clear. We booked one listed as “with AC,” but arrived to find only a fan. We managed for one night, but there were no other rooms available to switch to. If you need air conditioning, double check that the room you book definitely has it. Recommended for budget travelers!

For a fair price, this is a good spot in Sanur if you want to be near the beach. I stayed two nights in a standard room, which had no air conditioning or fridge for cold drinks.

We were there for just one day, and that felt like enough. The beach is about 200 meters away, which is the main draw. Our room had two fans instead of air conditioning, but it stayed bearable for a quick visit. The shower was the real problem: the taps seemed to offer either very hot or even hotter water, and getting a comfortable temperature was nearly impossible. Fine for a night while passing through.

The restaurant food was good, and the location is handy, right on the main street with shops nearby and the beach at the end of the road. It was one of the cleanest homestays I've stayed in in Bali, and good value if road noise doesn't bother you. It does sit beside a busy main road, though, and the place needs updating. The beds were sadly very uncomfortable.

The rooms were dirty, and there's no air conditioning. Agoda doesn't mention that, and the owner's response was weak. When you arrive, there's nowhere to park a bike, and the space is so cramped that cars are constantly maneuvering around. Not good.
