There was a fire, and the experience here has been unsettling in several other ways too. People knock on residents' doors when they have no reason to, and getting a notice on the door saying "cats are prohibited" felt very disturbing. The garden area is noisy, but nothing is done about it, and people smoke in the corridors. The IPL is expensive, almost as much as the rent. Food at the canteen is priced like SCBD, and everything comes with a charge.

The garden and gazebo are kept fairly clean, but dealing with the woman at the management office has put me off going there. She's unfriendly, gives curt replies, and doesn't smile. Please be kinder, ma'am. Making people feel welcome would be a good thing for you too. I really don't want to meet her or go back to that office.

On Monday, September 15, 2025, I brought my wife to get her makeup done at one of these apartments. I didn't know which tower she was in, so I had to wait in the parking lot. When I needed to pee, I asked security where the toilet was, but the answer wasn't clear. The guard even gave me a reason I couldn't use it, though I knew the toilet wasn't in use. In the end, I had to walk out to use the restroom at a gas station. The security service here was disappointing to me.

There are lots of lovely ornamental plants here, and plenty of chairs to sit and unwind. It feels cool and cozy, a nice place to relax.
