It's on Jalan Margonda Raya beside UI Station and the University of Indonesia campus, with Margo City and Detos, UI and Bunda Margonda hospitals, and the Cinere–Jagorawi toll road nearby. Public transport and driving are both convenient. The residence itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a pool, gym, indoor and outdoor student centers, and a rooftop cafe with city views. Those facilities make it easy for students to study and socialize, and the cafe is a relaxing place to spend time. Security uses access cards and 24-hour CCTV, and management is responsive. Reception and other staff are friendly, and leasing and property management run smoothly, especially for residents renting out their units. It suits students, young professionals, and small families looking for a practical, modern place to live in Depok. 😊

It's a nice place, just take care on the route leading to the car park.

There are lots of UI students and their families living here, and the attentive security guards help them feel safe. The noise is a real downside, though. Even while trying to sleep, you can hear ambulances and motorbikes going past.

The room works well for two and has a study table, plus a sink with some cutlery. It's clean and comfortable for a rest or a stay around Margonda Depok. The location is handy, near UI station, food places, and an Indomaret downstairs. The bathroom was clean, but it only had handwash, so bring your own soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. There's a TV, though it couldn't be used because it wasn't connected to cable TV. The AC worked fine, but its noise was a bit annoying.
