The service and cleanliness were both nice, but my deposit refund took a long time after the first booking, and after the second booking it still hasn't been returned. It's not about the amount, customers' money needs to be handled responsibly. I hope this doesn't happen to other customers 😔

The worst part was that my deposit wasn't returned, and when I asked for it, they blocked my number. I called from another number, got through, asked about the refund, and was blocked again. Check-in and checkout were complicated too. I booked two rooms, but they gave me one without confirming, and the facilities were poor enough that I had to change rooms several times. Very bad and terrible!!!! SCAMMER!

Very unprofessional. I think it's better to find an agent who actually has an office in TSM.
