The food was really tasty, and I loved the view. Getting here is quite difficult, though, and some facilities need repair. In my room, for example, I couldn't lock the bathroom door.

Everything was bad and I wouldn't recommend it. The sheets hadn't been changed, the bathroom wasn't clean, the water dispenser was empty, and there were no towels.

We had a lovely family outing and would recommend the place to anyone going to Puncak. Our three-person room was IDR 400.000 per night. The rooms were clean, with plenty of electric plugs, private bathrooms, and hot water. Staff were polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and there was plenty to do, including karaoke, billiard, a swimming pool, table tennis, and a futsal field. The view was beautiful, with lots of Instagram-friendly spots. A couple of things need attention: some pool tiles were dangerous, and the road to the villa was narrow and steep, so buses wouldn't fit.
