They tried to charge an extra fee equal to 70% of the hotel price, with a rude attitude. I refused and wanted to call OYO CS right away. I'm here for five days, and the first day started badly. The room was untidy and dusty, with garbage still in the bin and used tissues scattered around. Customer service was a really bad experience. There's nowhere nearby to get food, and nobody seemed to know the exact location, so I had to use the swimming pool in front as a reference. I got the impression they assumed people only came here to have sex.

The room felt creepy, and the service was poor. For a place with the OYO name, it had no service at all: no toiletries, towels, mineral water, tissue, or dispenser.
