Guesthouse Putri Griya Fikarda

I love this place.

The location is easy to get around from, which worked well for me as someone from out of town, and it’s quiet despite being strategic. The owner provided fairly comprehensive information, and the rental price was reasonable. I was quite satisfied with my two nights at GRIYA FIKARDA. The layout is beautiful, and everything felt neat and tidy. Both the room and bathroom were clean, and the water and air conditioning were good. I’d be happy to recommend GRIYA FIKARDA to friends needing a place to stay overnight.

Food is easy to find here, with stalls all around the area, and the mall is close enough to walk to. The boarding house is also near Pocin Station and UI campus, so getting around is convenient. I didn’t expect a girls’ boarding house in such a strategic spot to be this comfortable. The room has an aesthetic design, AC, a wardrobe, study table, hangers, and a drying area. There’s a kitchen too, so you only need to bring your clothes. The toilet looks aesthetic as well. The admin replies quickly, and there’s a guard.

The location is right in the city center, near Margonda Highway. The housekeepers are super friendly and available on call 24/7, and the owner is very kind and always checks that residents are comfortable. It’s the most comfortable boarding house I’ve stayed in, with complete facilities.
