The rooms look suitable for a 3-star hotel, but they’re poorly maintained. The service was the worst part. We were pushed to buy an extra bed or upgrade, even though the website listed our chosen room type for four people. I’m still confused about the resort’s rules. Are the rooms just being used to make money, with customer comfort not coming first? I hope management takes a closer look at this.

For 500,000 Rupiah plus tax, I found the stay comfortable and clean, and the views were better than I expected, comparable to hotels in Puncak. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room through the TikTok app and paid no extra charges. We got two breakfasts, and the kids could order on site. I’d pick room 104, 105, or 106: open the door and you look straight at the pool and mountains. I’d read some guest reviews and worried there might be a misunderstanding, but thankfully my family and I were fine. Just don’t expect more than a 4- or 5-star hotel 🙏😬. Happy weekend, have fun!

We came from Bekasi after confirming the price on WhatsApp, and were told it covered four adults and four children. On arrival, they said it was for four adults and two children, and that adding a child meant paying for an extra bed. We stepped out to discuss it with a friend, then agreed, only to hear the bed was no longer available because it was being used for an event. Strange and honestly ridiculous. There was no flexibility even though we’d travelled a long way. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever visited, and other reviews describe the same problem. They leave the system as it is and seem to be watching the hotel go bankrupt because of management decisions. In the end we went to Asyana Hotel. They had one room and two bathrooms left, which could fit eight people, thank God, but we still had to pay extra.

The receptionist was unfriendly 😡. We arrived with two children but were turned away because of a wrong app selection or price. We agreed to add an extra bed, but that still wasn’t allowed, so resort policy meant we had to book another room. We ended up going home without a refund and felt as if we’d been kicked out 😭. Think carefully before bringing children. Unless you book a large room, choose two rooms.
