I find this a reliable place to stay whenever I’m in jakarta. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were good. Staff were courteous and could answer any questions I had. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, was well cooked, and there was plenty of space.

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety, which made it a lovely start to the day. Agus at the restaurant was quick to help, very friendly, and gave excellent service. Their warm manner really lifted our mood. Please keep staff like Agus, who make guests feel welcome and show such great hospitality. We’ll definitely come back to The Margo Hotel for another meal. ✨🫶🏻

The reception team made us feel at home, and the hotel worked well for our several-day business stay. It’s in a great spot, connected straight to a good mall with shops and places to eat just a short walk away. One safety issue, though: the bathroom floor is so slippery that I nearly fell several times, even after I mentioned it. Fixing that would make the stay much better.

Agus was friendly and looked after us really well. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the facilities were good. There’s a convenient spot nearby to pick up what you need, and breakfast has plenty of choices with tasty food.

I spent four days in a suite and asked housekeeping to change the sheets on day three. They said they’d do it the following day, which turned out to be checkout day. I also asked the staff to call me if I hadn’t come down for breakfast by 8 a.m. They called only once, so I missed breakfast twice. And at check-in, nobody told me anything about breakfast or explained how it worked.
