It's actually Oyo 3194. For this budget price, it's pretty decent, and the room was clean and fresh. There aren't any amenities, but that's fine. A good place to stop over. One hassle is that you have to go behind Dmall to check in, then head to another tower. They also ask for a 200k deposit and one of your ID cards.
The room was clean, but the bedsheet was stained and had hair on it. It looked like it hadn't been washed for months, so I had to cover the bed with a towel. Check-in was a long wait and required a 200k deposit. You also have to go from one building to another to check in, which is really inconvenient.
The room was clean and comfortable, and I wish I could have stayed longer than I did today. It’s a nice spot near other hotels and D'Mall, though there was a garbage smell around the neighbourhood. I’m not sure where it was coming from.
The receptionist wasn’t friendly and insisted we pay for an extra bed we didn’t need. It wasn’t even a proper bed, just a mattress meant to go under a bed cover. Wouldn’t recommend it.
Even getting basic help was difficult. I had to walk to another place to ask about reservations or request anything, and the staff just pointed instead of helping. My room was in a separate building, parking cost a lot and wasn’t included, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water or a towel in the room. I’d rather pay more at another hotel and have guests provided for than be treated this way. The staff were no help at all. You asked me to rate you by email, so here it is: very, very poor. Thanks for the bad everything.
