The price was hard to beat, and they even let us check in early for free, which we really appreciated. We stayed at Alam Mimpi for two weeks. It’s tucked just one block off the main street, so it’s wonderfully quiet, and the room was comfortable with strong AC and fast Wi-Fi. The team treated us warmly and respectfully. It’s a simple place with plenty of potential. You can see it was probably more polished and better cared for before Covid. The young staff are trying, but could use more guidance, especially with cleaning and maintaining the property. More attention from the owner would help too. We’d gladly have paid a little more for better upkeep. We enjoyed our time and would come back. I hope the place gets its charm back.

I’ve been coming here for a holiday every year since 2015. It’s a peaceful spot, and the place is clean with really friendly staff. I enjoy the pancakes at breakfast, and the price feels fair.

Such a lovely area and a beautiful place. We had a great time, especially thanks to the hosts. They showed us around, shared tips, and we enjoyed some palm and rice wine together. Toby, Wira, we’ll definitely come back. Thanks again! ❤️❤️

The pool and the view were great, and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff were friendly, the price was good, and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy a holiday. Book well ahead if you’re hoping to come. When I tried to return, it was already full.
