The view was lovely, but we had a rat in our room on the first night. We told the staff the next day and nothing was done. The rat turned up in the bathroom the day after, and despite telling the hotel staff again, they still did nothing. We stayed a night without the room being cleaned, and breakfast was reheated and served on aluminum foil. The value for money was completely unacceptable, so we left a day early for another hotel. We can’t recommend Mora Royal Villa.
