Please don’t book this hotel. I was traveling from Pekanbaru to Dumai and got in at midnight, exhausted, only to be treated badly. The receptionist told me the room I’d booked only had a fan, but there wasn’t a fan available, and I’d have to pay more to get air conditioning. I felt like he was taking advantage of me. Even after I paid, things didn’t get better: the mattress was dusty, there were lots of mosquitoes, and there were no slippers, shampoo, or soap. The floor was filthy, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. I was so angry at the time I felt like punching the receptionist. I’m still upset about that experience.

The place felt safe, and you can park a motorcycle indoors beside reception. Room prices include Rp 75.000,00, Rp 85.000,00, Rp 175.000,00 and Rp 185.000,00, with another option listed at Rp ... I got the Rp 85.000,00 room. It had two small foam beds, each with one pillow, a fan, a shower with good water, and a fiber tub. There was a small table, two plastic chairs, and just a basic clothes hanger, but no wardrobe. For that price, it’s enough to get some rest and close your eyes.
