The young staff made the stay especially nice. They were patient, helpful, and looked for solutions, and were happy to help with travel plans when asked. The hotel room, elevator, and common room were clean and nice too. Had a great time here.

The prices are affordable and the service is great. Ask the sales team about promotional rates, and remember to stop by the Chery Dumai dealer at Kelakap 7.

You’ll need to bring your own sheets if you stay here. Honestly, this is a terrible hotel.

Back in 2016 I stayed here for a week, and it felt like a very long time 😊 The city heat and food that wasn’t very tasty made a long stay uncomfortable. The hotel is right in the city center, though, and at around 300 the price is pretty standard. If you’re on a limited budget while visiting Dumai, I’d recommend it.
