The bathroom was the worst I've ever seen, and the whole place was so filthy I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. There were cockroaches, mice, and stains everywhere. We ended up using our own camping gear and didn't sleep at all. We only stayed because it was our last option. We booked through Agoda, but on arrival the boy said they no longer worked with Agoda. They should remove the listing from there or Booking and get things sorted out. We had to pay cash, three times what Agoda had quoted, and only the more expensive room for three people was available. This was bullshit. My Agoda money is probably gone. Please don't go.

The staff responded when we complained, and the power came back on right away after we scolded them and threatened to check out and ask for a refund. It had been shut off just three minutes after we entered the room, with staff claiming it was the PLN (State Electricity Company). They called it the best room. The bathroom had a squat toilet, was filthy, smelled strongly of jengkol beans, and had no towels. Every time I went in, I felt like throwing up. The outlets were unusually high, about 2 meters up, so children couldn't reach them. All in all, it was a great stay. Like a hostel in a 1960s horror movie.

We waited outside the GK with the door open, but nobody came for almost an hour. Maybe the guard was asleep. That's the owner, please check on your employees if you're running a business.
