Looking back, this place must have been really great once, and the garden is full of fruit. But when I arrived, I was the only guest and things felt disorganized. The toilet wasn’t clean enough, and the woman serving guests didn’t seem to take responsibility. I’m not trying to judge, but as a guest I feel a lot needs renovating and improving, from the rooms and garden to all the staff. They urgently need a major makeover. Greetings from Chef Ronny.

I booked for September 27-29, 2025, but left on the second day. The wooden building was neglected and dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t get cold enough.

They charged us 800k RP for one night and two rooms, but the area doesn’t feel reliable. Everything was filthy and nothing like the photos. The towels were dirty, we couldn’t shower, and the place was infested with bugs.

I took a chance on a hotel with no reviews, and it turned out to be super clean, with cold AC and a really nice caretaker. It’s close to Turtle Beach, Ekas, and Surga. Lots of people have stayed here, including a delegation from the West Nusa Tenggara provincial government recently, but for some reason nobody had reviewed it yet. The room is built in a traditional wooden style, like a Sasak house. The toilet is huge, the shower is wide, and the water gets hot. The road here is paved, too. By motorbike, turn left and you’ll find local houses and lots of food stalls. I stopped at the first stall on the left after the guesthouse, where the owner was very friendly and the prices were affordable. The room has one main light and three bedside lights, so it’s a bit dim. Bring a sunshade as well. Keep up the cleanliness and friendliness, and good luck!
