We sometimes find there are no towels in the room after showering. I assumed towels would already be there, since they usually are. The bathroom is quite narrow, and service can be patchy. It’d also help to have tea and refillable drinking water with a dispenser on an upper floor, not only downstairs. When you’re feeling lazy, going down just to get hot water is a hassle.

It’s an older hotel, once called Ayu Family Hotel. It’s now cleaner and more comfortable, and the location is handy.
