A handy location, and the service was excellent. We had a nice family stay, with a large pool, playground, and jacuzzi that were good for the kids.

The view from the room was fantastic, and I think I may have been upgraded to one with a balcony. If so, I appreciate it. I was also grateful for the convenient early check-in. The stay was still quite disappointing. I asked for an invoice at checkout, but the staff said it couldn’t be issued because I’d booked through an agent. I’ve worked in hotels for over a decade and travel often, both locally and internationally, so I understand the policy when payment goes through a third party. But I paid the property in full directly, and don’t understand why they couldn’t give me a receipt or invoice. They said the agent would send one, but from my experience, booking.com doesn’t issue invoices when payment is made directly to the property. Breakfast was another major letdown. At 9 AM, most of the food was gone and it was replenished very slowly. I came earlier the next day, around 8:30 AM, and found the same thing. The chicken katsu didn’t taste freshly cooked, the buffet was unappetizing, and I’d rather not get into the cleanliness of the area. The service also fell short. The security officer at the entrance was the only person who showed genuine hospitality, and treated me much better than the front desk or F&B staff. Most didn’t even greet guests. Front desk staff often seemed busy chatting with each other or looking at their phones. Nobody asked how my stay was when I checked out, which is why I’m sharing such detailed feedback.

The pool has a jacuzzi with hot sulfur water, and the hotel provides a sajadah and quran for prayer. It’s a nice place for a staycation. I’d like the breakfast to be more delicious, as that needs improvement. Apart from that, it’s perfect.

The rooms are small but fully fitted, with balconies. There’s a nice kids’ pool, and breakfast is served in an open-air area with live music.
