Santika Premiere Hotel Garut

The room was neat and had every amenity I could need, and breakfast was seriously delicious. Best of all was waking up to that clear, stunning view of Mount Guntur. I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Santika Garut. A huge thank you to Kak Ainun, the GRO. She looked after us with the warmest smile and was incredibly quick to help with everything. Thank you for the memories, Hotel Santika Garut and Kak Ainun! ❤️

Our room upgrade was such a nice surprise. We’d only managed to book a Superior room because every other type was sold out across the platforms, but Santika Premier Hotel moved us to a much bigger Premier room with a beautiful view. It made the stay feel extra special. Ms. Hilda and Mr. Galih were warm and attentive, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return ❤️🫶

We had a lovely mountain view, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. The price was nice too. Staff were really hospitable: when we added an extra bed, Mas Dika helped us, and he quickly brought more water and a pillow when we asked. Thanks! One of the best hotels in Garut, and we can't wait to come back.

The jogging path beside the paddy fields was lovely for a morning walk, and the hotel itself felt modern and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay and would come back to Garut. A couple of things could be better, though: the walls are thin, so the room isn't soundproof, and kids' activities aren't free. It would be good to have at least one free option. We were also given just one room key. When we requested a second, reception said they couldn't provide one because the hotel was full, which didn't make much sense. We booked the last room type available apart from the villa and were upgraded at check-in to a Premiere Room. It was clean, modern, nicely designed, and comfortable for our family. The lounge and premiere warm pool were relaxing perks for Premiere guests. The staff were friendly, especially Kak Silvi, who was helpful and kind. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and got a complimentary cake, a sweet gesture. Breakfast was crowded on the first floor, but staff offered us a table on the quieter, more comfortable second floor. There was a good variety, though the food was average to good.
