Bona Village Inn

We’ve been spending our holidays here for six months now, and we’d love to keep staying in such a beautiful place. There’s a swimming pool, a sauna, and fish under the kitchen terrace. The villa owner is a very nice man, decent and friendly.

This was our second visit to Bona Village Inn in three years, and we’ll be back. We spent a month in Bali and used Bona as our base. They stored our large luggage while we went to Lovina, Gili, and Lombok, and Dayu arranged an inexpensive driver, hotels, day trips, and ferry passage. They picked us up at the airport and brought us to a peaceful spot in the rice paddies, away from the usual tourist route. A great place to stay.

You can make lovely memories here whether or not you’re coming for a meditation or yoga retreat. The staff are an amazing group, always ready to help, make you laugh, and help you relax. The chef makes the most delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes, fresh juice, and desserts worth biting your tongue for :) Thank you all for making me feel at home 😍🌹

The scholarship for Parahita Yoga Training is one of the coolest things the universe has sent my way. It’s a big challenge, with classes from 7am to 7pm and only one day off, but we’re treated amazingly well and fed the best vegetarian food I’ve tasted. I’m so thankful for this opportunity and happy to be part of Parahita Family. I’d do it again if I could! I first heard about the scholarship through a few classes I took at Parahita Kampung Ubud @parahitakampungubud before the training. I loved my classes with Devi and felt inspired by students from previous courses. I’d been excited to win a scholarship and join the yoga teacher training, but also nervous about meeting new people, the teachers, and the food.😅 You know, hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Parahita Family gave us so much support and love. They’re lovely people, passionate about making the world better, and cheerful with everyone. Our teachers are a talented, patient, experienced group with a real interest in Yoga and positive outlooks. They support us through our yoga studies and our personal challenges. I’m motivated to keep practicing and improving, and I won’t forget most of the interesting things I learned at Parahita. If you’re looking for great food and yoga teachers, a relaxing setting among corn and ricefields, and lots of cute puppies, this is the place for you!
