The taxi driver asked, “This is where you’re staying? This is a bad place,” and mentioned “hookers” and so on. I’m usually pretty resistant, but sleeping on that dirty, old mattress felt disgusting. You could feel every spring. The wallpaper was peeling off, and I could hear the AC from my room out in the corridor.

The room was nice and clean, with a flat TV, air conditioning, and a hot shower. The issue was the sink in room 6, which was clogged and leaking.

The photos speak for themselves. It was so unsanitary that we had to sleep somewhere else.

The AC was excellent, and there’s a mini market nearby. It’s okay for budget travelers, but the water from the sink and toilet was yellow and not good.

For the price, it’s excellent. There’s a hot shower, AC, and TV, the basics you need to feel comfortable.
