The huge bedroom was tastefully done, with a second room available but locked since we only needed one. It opened onto a full length balcony with fantastic morning sunrise views over the ocean, which you could also reach from the lounge. The en-suite was great, though the toilet seat could have done with replacing. The lounge was spacious, with WiFi and a large flat screen TV, and the gourmet kitchen had a granite central prep area and everything needed to cook. We chose their ample breakfast and ate other meals at nearby restaurants instead. There are many rooms on the first level overlooking the ocean, with ground floor access past the pool to the beach. Downstairs staff were helpful and friendly, though recent comments on this site suggest Hotel management may not have looked after them well. The harbour location is good for interesting walks, and the furnishings are opulent. This place was a pleasant surprise and a gem that’s too well kept a secret. I’d recommend it. The staff were very nice, which is what lifts this from a two to a three. The hotel itself wasn’t to our taste. It was worn, with broken parts in the bathroom and kitchen, and two toilets were stopped up when we arrived. The beach was only for watersports, not swimming, so we had to take taxis whenever we wanted to swim, which got very expensive. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with few utensils, so cooking was extremely basic.

The room was very large with a great view, and the location was really nice, but it wasn’t very clean. The staff didn’t seem well informed either, since we got different answers to the same question depending on who we asked. We had a Groupon that included one free lunch and two free dinners, but they gave us one menu, headed “LUNCH MENU,” with only three items to choose from for both meals. It’s a lovely place with lots of potential, but I think it’s poorly managed and there are broken things all around, including water features.

An affordable three star condo hotel on Benoa Beach, with beautiful views beside the watersports area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is adequate.

The building itself is pretty good, and it’s just a short walk from the beach, but it’s old and not well maintained. Service isn’t very good. Still, it’s pretty cheap for the service you get.
