The team made the day feel special from the moment we arrived. Everything seemed carefully arranged, and their warmth, friendliness, and genuine care came through at every step. They were patient and professional, and the cozy atmosphere felt more like being at home among close friends than just visiting a beautiful place. Little touches stood out too, from the subtle scent in the room to the presentation and aesthetics, all handled with real care and heart. The emotions they shared with us felt genuine. It’s rare for an experience to go beyond expectations like this. We left feeling joyful, light, and grateful. A huge thank you to the whole team for your warmth, light, and professionalism. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone we care about.

We spent 6 nights here. It looked great at first glance, but the reality wasn’t great. The photos don’t really show what you get. It was old and not very clean. Breakfast was bad, so we tried it once and ate out for the rest of the stay. The location was at the end of a busy local area. The staff were lovely, as Balinese people are, but we would NOT stay again.

The owner didn’t seem to understand our complaint about hygiene. We asked for a refund, then were told we could either accept 50% back or leave with nothing. It gave me the impression this happens often. If the owners are reading this, do better. The villas have potential, but the lack of care in keeping them clean and enjoyable could bring the business down. We booked through booking.com with friends, excited for a relaxing stay, but were very disappointed. The villa is presented as a paradise in Nusa Dua, yet sits at the end of a dodgy, dirty laneway that felt unsafe even to be near. The photos are of the villas, but exaggerate what the accommodation is actually like. We expected modern rooms and well-maintained facilities. Instead, things were dirty and damaged, and one room didn’t even have working lights. The place was poorly maintained and unkempt, and we didn’t feel comfortable staying there, so we asked for a refund and looked for somewhere else. There were handprints on the doors, dirty glass and mirrors, soap scum and mould in the bathroom, and what looked like listeria growing on the spa filter. If you’re considering a stay, don’t. Or do, but at least read other guest reviews first and decide whether this is the luxurious Bali stay you’re expecting.

The place looked much more run down in person than in the photos, and the front desk didn’t look like the pictures either. We got a bad feeling right away. The service felt casual and almost unprofessional, and the whole vibe was off. We asked if they had another villa with a cleaner pool. They said they knew the pool was dirty but were fully booked, and that they’d clean it later. We’d booked months in advance. The pool was about a third empty, green, and dirty, so there was no way we could swim in it. We checked in and checked out within the same hour. Thankfully, we got a full refund and booked somewhere else straight away. It wasn’t the Bali experience I’m used to. Very disappointing.
