Nanas Homestay

Michael and his team were friendly, kind and knowledgeable. This is by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed in across Bali and Lombok after all these years of traveling. The bungalow is modern and stylish, with lovely fixtures and a beautiful setting, and the bed was super comfortable. They’ve thought through the details, right down to the umbrella and the swing on the patio. So glad I found this gem. Thank you, I’ll be back!

The bungalow was beautiful and cozy, and everyone working here was really kind. Such a cool place.

I really appreciated the terrace setup, with its hammock, swing and sofa. Michael, the owner, even made sure I had a table there so I could work remotely and paint. He welcomed me warmly, with a map that already had recommendations written on it, and was quick to respond. The property has VERY good wifi too. I held video calls with Europe from here, and liked working at Nanas better than at a nearby coworking space. Nanas is a lovely place with four private bungalows. The architecture and interiors are simple, beautiful and tastefully done. The staff are kind, and my room was cleaned impeccably every day. My bungalow didn’t have AC, so it could feel a bit warm at night, but the two fans made it bearable.

The bed was really comfy, and the shower was great. My favorite part was having breakfast brought out every morning by the ever-helpful Reza, served in the lovely outdoor area with a hammock. The dragon fruit smoothie bowl was delicious. A beautiful, peaceful retreat among the greenery.
