Rina and the rest of the team gave us such a warm welcome and were really helpful. We had breakfast at Villa Shark Gili every morning, and it was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely come back. It was incredibly hot when we first arrived, hotter than we expected since we’d thought it would just be humid. It cooled down after a while. We also walked around the island every day. Exploring the whole place takes only about 45 minutes, such a big difference from Bali!

Mong and Danu were genuinely lovely, helpful and welcoming, and breakfast was good too. The facilities and reception service need work, though. The receptionist was unfriendly and never mentioned that the minibar cost extra. The prices were extremely high, and with the hotel already expensive, I had assumed it was included. The outdoor-only shower was disappointing. It felt unhygienic and full of insects, and the shower was covered in limescale. I honestly felt less clean afterwards.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff treated us like we were at a five-star hotel. The pool by the room was a great spot to unwind. Such a lovely place to stay on Gili Air, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it.

The bed was so comfortable, and it even had a duvet. There were power outlets right beside it, too. I loved the private dipping pool, deep enough for an adult, and the staff were amazing. A perfect place to relax. ❤️

We were perfectly placed near the beach, shops and restaurants, and stayed for four nights. The villa was in great shape and very clean. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. An amazing experience 🙌🏼🤩
