The wood Bungallows were cozy and comfortable, and I liked the pool and the great location. Staff were really friendly, and there's a water refill station. Breakfast was delicious and made with care. Do yourself a favor and try the banana pancakes! I had a lovely stay at Turtle Garden and would definitely return 😊.

We found this place on the day we needed somewhere to stay, and it turned out to be an amazing last-minute find. The rooms and pool are beautiful, and the bathroom was nice. It's very close to the beach, though not beachfront. Breakfast at Turtle Hotel was a highlight, definitely the best breakfast of all the hotels we've stayed at in Indonesia.

The hotel itself was nice, but staff stole a bank card from my room. They seemed very nervous and skittish at checkout when I said it was missing, messaging each other in front of me. The manager, Bashir, came to 'help', but despite having CCTV, he couldn't do anything other than ask me not to leave a bad review. The card was used after I left, and then it was frozen.

With only 4-6 villas, the small pool was usually all ours. The staff were friendly around the clock, and it’s just a 5-10 minute walk from the boat drop-off. They can rent you a push bike for 50 rupees a day. Great value, and I’d happily stay again.

The bungalows have a cozy feel and a nice atmosphere, though they’re a bit dark and we saw some cockroaches. Laundry was another issue: we were charged for 4kg when we only had 2kg. Also, touching the top of the fridge gave me a small electric shock, so watch out for that.
